Being Better at Communicating

‘One cannot not communicate’  said Paul Watzlawick (1921-2007)  an Austrian psychologist.
Most of us could certainly do with improving our levels of communication, learning to see that not everyone communicates in the same way, because, guess what we are all different is a good starting point.
Communication is complex in today’s world and the likelihood of misunderstandings is around every corner.
Sitting in my garden on a lovely June afternoon I decided to put a few thoughts on to a short video to point anyone interested in improving their basic speaking communication skills towards a local Toastmasters speaking club and to reach out to those who perhaps are not able to attend meetings that there are speaking clubs that meet online, those are an excellent way to learn some skills.
